English Method for Kids Learning



Do you know that learning is a habit? We should have this habit since we were kid. Kids love to learn new things. In context of English, learn English since child is a good step. It could develop a habit in English learning. However, because of a kid can not just focus on study, so we need to do it in the right method. There are some method that we could do on teach children in order to develop learning habit:

  1. Practice more; Kids practicing dialog from the textbook with their deskmate. Practicing vocabulary in everyday life for example replacing the word saya with I
  2. Ask for their respond; The teacher gives instructions and the kids have to respond. For example, recognizing parts of the body. When the teacher says where is your nose so kids must touch their nose.
  3. Use visual; Visual support is an effective method for assisting children’s learning. And here some examples of using visual:

    a)     Flashcards: Create or buy colorful flashcards with pictures of objects, animals, or actions on one side and the corresponding English words on the other. Show the card and say the word aloud to reinforce vocabulary.

    b)    Picture Books: Choose picture books with vibrant illustrations that tell simple stories. Read these books to your child, pointing at the pictures as you say the words.

    c)     Videos and Educational Apps: There are many educational videos and apps designed for kids that use visuals to teach English. These can be engaging and interactive.

    d)    Drawing and Coloring: Encourage your child to draw and color pictures related to English vocabulary. This helps them associate words with images.

  4. Activities; Activities can help develop the key of English skills, including reading, writing, listening and speaking. And They also cover topics and places that children are familiar with, like the zoo, doctor’s and library, so they feel more motivated to learn. And the examples of activities:

    a)     Sing and learn: Singing is a great way to help children learn new words. It can also help them to remember new language and practise their pronunciation. With Sing and Learn, you can sing along to the videos, learn new words and repeat the songs as many times as your child would like. Each song also comes with an activity sheet that you can download to help them practise what they have learned.

    b)    Storytime: you can Read English storybooks to them. Encourage them to ask questions and discuss the story in English

    c)     Outdoor Play: Engage in outdoor activities like playing sports, going for nature walks, or visiting a park while using English to describe what you're doing or seeing.

    d)    Show and Tell: Have a "show and tell" session where kids bring in an object, describe it in English, and answer questions from their peers.

  5. Memorized; A kid has to memorized at least 5 vocabularies in each meetings.

As a feedback to the poster, I will give my honest review. Actually I like this poster, because it was colorful in awesome design. So the meaning of this poster are deliver correctly. In my opinion, she, who was made this poster has a good sense on art.

“The Invitation” Film Review

  Hey guys, have you ever watched “ The Invitation ” Film? This is American horror thriller film. It contains many jumps scare but not too scary, blood, and vampire. There are many characters in strong position but I will mention some of them for you. Some characters that I remember well. I will mention start from the protagonist characters, they are Evie (also the main character), Swift (Evie’s maid), and Grace (Evie’s friend). Then the antagonist characters are Walter De Ville, Renfield (Walter’s butler), Viktoria, Oliver, and many more. The last is Lucy, I could say she is a tritagonist.
